Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.adpts.com website (the "Service") operated by Panther Software ("us", "we", or "our"), or any related sites used to earn points, or administer your account settings.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
These terms apply to all devices that may access related websites such as a PC, tablets, mobile devices or any device that can view HTML-based websites ("Devices").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
The account you are creating currently has a reliance on having an email address that matches that of a Verified PayPal account, in order for you to be able to cash points out of the system. However, it is recommended that you use a password that differs from that of you PayPal account when creating an AdVenturer account, in the event that one account or the other gets breached. You may not change your AdPts email address after creating your account.
You are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older by accepting these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or accessed through third-party service.
Sharing account information is strictly prohibited.
In the event the system incorrectly adjusts point balances, whether in favor, or against what would be the intended behaviour, we reserve the rights to audit and adjust the balance to correct the malfunction.
You agree that you are using the system at your own risk, and that your time is being volunteered to use and improve the system. Panther Software will do its best to correct an problems fairly, but accepts no liability for damages caused directly or indirectly by a malfunction.
Our Service will contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AdPts.
AdPts has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Panther Software shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Due to the nature of the Service, we cannot guarantee that links that are being promoted are legal, or contain no offensive content. In the event such websites are discovered, you can notify us, and we will disable these accounts from appearing as soon as possible. However, keep in mind it may take several hours or days before these websites are detected and removed.
It is presumed that browser configurations done to support the AdPts Service are done so on Devices that do no have conflicting security, performance or technical requirements. If you require conflicting settings, such as disabling scripts, cookies or other requirements on the Device in question, AdPts assumes no liability for damages incurred on third-party websites or software.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Automated scripts (robots) that perform the function of clicking and earning points will constitute a breach of the Terms. You agree that by using the Service that you are a real person who will visit the websites being promoted, using your own account credentials. You are not permitted to grant access to your account to other individuals or applications.
You are only permitted one active account per person. In the event you need to relocate to another region, whereby your original account can no longer be accessed, you will be permitted to make a new account. The Service, however, is not responsible for transferring your point balance to the new account, and it is recommended that you cash it out before relocating.
In the event you are found to use a scripting (robot) system, or are in control of more than 1 account at a time, all related accounts will be suspended, and point balances will be removed.
We reserve the right to determine the likelihood that you are using a scripting system based on metrics gathered from incorrect, or un-responded-to CAPTCHA responses. Specifically, we may measure how often a CAPTCHA is correctly responded to, and if your account is found to be in the outliers, compared to regular users, this mathematical analysis will be grounds to suspend your account and to remove your point balance. You must be aware of the importance of correctly solving the CAPTCHA challenges when presented, for this reason.
In the event you are the victim of phishing, social engineering, keylogging or any form of fraud committed by others to access and manipulate your account, Panther Software takes no responsibility for this. You use the system at your own risk, and are responsible for protecting your password, regardless of circumstance. However, we may, at our discretion, provide assistance to recover account data in some circumstances.
While using the Service, you will do so honestly and without bias. For example, repeatedly making false reports of problems with websites will constitute a breach of Terms, if no actual problems are detected. Targeting competitors of your business who use our Service, with false claims, is considered a breach.
Harassment, abusive behavior and verbiage towards individuals on third party websites, or the staff who operate AdPtz will not be tolerated. Attempting to disrupt or manipulate AdPtz, or affiliated websites will also be grounds for suspension, and an IP ban in extreme cases.
When cashing points out, you agree that a minimal balance of 5000 points can be removed at a time, in order to offer the following processing fees:
5,000 - 9,999 points cashed out: 15% of total requested points will be removed and $0.01 USD per point will be credited to your PayPal account from the remaining points cashed out.
10,000+ points cashed out: 3% of total requested points will be removed and $0.01 USD per point will be credited to your PayPal account from the remaining points cashed out.
Other fees may apply for support requests, should they arise. These fees and thresholds are subject to change, as the business model evolves.
As an AdVenturer, you are responsible for declaring income in accordance with the tax laws applicable in your region. You may use PayPal's account history services if you desire printed records. These will serve as official transcripts.
When accessing the various websites required to use our Service, as well as our main websites, you agree to use an up-to-date browser which is functioning and compatible with displaying web content correctly. Features such as scripts, cookies, and other popup options may need to be enabled in accordance with this term. It is not the responsibility of the Service to support all browser and security options available on the market.
If a browser, or a component to the browser is updated, and is found to be incompatible with our Service, we are not obligated to modify the Service to be compatible with it. You are responsible for troubleshooting the problems found in your chosen browser.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Updates to the software will also be done from time to time to address bugs and to alter existing features. Though most features will be enhanced over time, re-calibration, or removal of older features may be necessary in some cases. Program appearance, minimum amounts, fees and package details may be revised as the system evolves. Grandfathered software behaviour and values are not guaranteed.
By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to accept the revised Services 'as-is'. If you do not agree to the new terms, stop using the Service.

Panther Software ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.adpts.com website (the "Service"), as well as sites related to account administration.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name ("Personal Information").
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
Our service will attempt to resolve the IP address from whichever Device you are accessing our Services.
Your regional server access will automatically be governed based on this information, as is standard practice for websites who have visitors located around the world which redirect to your country or region's local version of the website.
When earning points, the IP address from which the point was earned is being captured in our databases. This is done as a means to reduce fraudulent use of our system. There is a limit of 3 AdVenturers eligible at earning points from for the same promotion, from the same IP Address.
The physical address of AdVenturers is not known by the Service. However, in the event of suspected fraud or other criminal activities, Panther Software may work in conjunction with local authorities, governing bodies and Internet Service Providers to investigate criminal behaviour.
The IP address information collected will not be viewed, redistributed or sold to third-party marketing organizations.
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer's hard drive.
We use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (hosts), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Your passwords are stored in hashed formats in our secured databases, and thus we cannot directly view them, which is added protection should our servers ever be breached. This, however means we are unable to send you your existing password, as we are unable to decode it ourselves without 'brute forcing' it. If you lose your password, you will need therefore request a new one from a login screen, and follow the link provided in the email to reset it. There is also a time limit to how long after the Reset Password action can be done. This may be inconvenient in some cases, but ensures your account information is highly secured.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
